Decree 49/2025 of 19 February 2025 – calculation amounts for aid for traditional mountain livestock farming practices, meadow mowing, improvement plans and agricultural practices for the maintenance of the natural environment.

This decree, issued by the Government of Andorra on 19 February 2025, updates the calculation parameters and financial amounts for agricultural and livestock subsidies, in line with the 2.6% rise in the 2024 Consumer Price Index.
It revises aid for traditional mountain livestock farming, meadow mowing, farm improvement plans, and specific agrarian practices aimed at preserving natural habitats.
Notably, the decree introduces adjustments to better recognise the environmental role of heavy horse breeds in pastoralism, and establishes duty-free contingents for imported feed and forage to support livestock during winter stabling and reproductive cycles.
The regulation also incorporates new coefficients (UBG, Co, Cp) for daily aid per animal type, differentiated by season and altitude, and sets specific deductions for concentrated feed imports. It repeals the previous Decret 92/2024 and applies to the 2025 agricultural year (from 1 December 2024 to 30 November 2025).
