This Decree approves the Regulations for the management and hunting of species subject to the Common Fauna and Hunting Plan.
The Regulations identifies the species that may be subject to a hunting plan, which are: - roe deer (Capreolus capreolus) - mouflon (Ovis musimon). The text is organized in 3 Chapters.
Chapter 1 defines hunting plans and their application and publication and establishes a civil liability insurance policy.
Chapter 2 is about special hunting licences not accompanied by the species subject to the Hunting Plan and the catch allocation procedure.
