Decree concerning the management of areas where hunting is prohibited.

The present Decree approves the Regulation concerning the management of those areas and territories in which, pursuant to Act No. 24 of 2000, hunting is prohibited. There shall be a technical commission for each area where hunting activities are forbidden (art. 4). The capture of certain species may be allowed on the basis of specific hunting plans (Chapter III). Chapter IV concerns the capture of harmful animals.
