Decree laying down the conditions for the issue of the authorization for establishments keeping wild animals.

The present Decree lays down the conditions under which the setting up of establishments keeping wild animals may be authorized. Such establishments, which are classified according to article 2, shall be registered in the Register set up by article 1 and shall comply with the minimum requirements prescribed by article 6, including the possession of certificates of origin as per article 13.
