Abstract
The present Decree sets forth the regulatory framework governing the issue of hunting licences and related certificates. These provisions are adopted pursuant to the Law on Hunting of 13 April 2000. Article 3 specifies the conditions to be fulfilled by any person applying for a hunting licence.
