Management plan for the valley Madriu - Perafita - Claror.

The subject of the Management Plan is the conservation, protection, dissemination, sustainable development and valorisation of the natural and cultural heritage of the of the Vall de Madriu-Perafita-Claror and all its values. In order to achieve the objective, the studies and actions necessary for the identification and characterisation of the landscapes and their values are promoted in order to achieve their conservation, management and revaluation.
The text also establishes specific purposes, such as the conservation, maintenance and revitalisation of the natural environment (protection of natural resources; protection of wildlife; flora protection); the conservation, maintenance and rehabilitation of the cultural landscape (including the protection of the archaeological heritage, of cortical and of pre-existing constructions, the rehabilitation of agriculture and animal production, the conservation of forests and the managemet of hunting and fisheries).
The Decree provides for activities for the development of the Valley as a cultural landscape (activities, offer of facilities and services in the valley).
The texts describes the legal framework and the competencies as well as the relevant bodies. It further describes the implementation of the objectives (implementation calendar, sustainability).
