Regulation on fisheries.

This Decree sets out the regulatory framework on inland fisheries. It lays down detailed provisions on the issue of fishing licences, including licences required for sport fishing. The Decree specifies the fish species and aquatic animals that may be captured. Article 23 sets up the Commission on Fisheries. Further provisions define the procedure to be followed by competent authorities to establish fishing seasons and total allowable catches of different species.
