Arabian Oryx Regional Strategic Action Plan 2022-2026.

The top ten conservation priorities for 2022-2026, based on survey responses from range states, include: (1) genetic management of Arabian Oryx populations, (2) protected area management, (3) veterinary care, (4) habitat management, (5) addressing overpopulation, (6) supporting national institutional cooperation, (7) engaging local communities, (8) capacity building for rangers, (9) law enforcement for wild Oryx populations, and (10) techniques for surveying populations in protected areas. The Action Plan concludes with a detailed framework for its implementation, reflecting these priorities and providing a roadmap for future conservation efforts.
