Abstract
This Regulation, comprising 10 articles, addresses various aspects related to the participation of project and enterprise owners who are members of the National SME Programme in foreign exhibitions to present their products. Article 3 outlines the avenues through which project and enterprise owners can access information about foreign markets. Article 5 specifies that projects and enterprises demonstrating exceptional dedication to research, development, and innovation may receive additional benefits, including the option to secure insurance policies.
