Abstract
This Regulation consisting of 25 articles shall apply to the following (i) facilities; (ii) consignments that enter or pass through the country as a transit after inspection by the Ministry and the competent authority; and (iii) food throughout the food chain. The Regulation deals with (i) food registration and certification requirements, excluded the food circulating for non-commercial purposes and any food for which a decision is issued by the Minister in coordination with the concerned authorities; (ii) food registration procedures; (iii) feed registration conditions and procedures; (iv) requirements for food and feed handling; (v) cases where it is necessary the disposal of food and feed because potentially harmful for public and animal health; (vi) decaying food, health harmful food, adulterated food, misleading food, food in violation of technical regulations and inappropriate food; (vii) general rules for the health of feed; (viii) forage in violation of technical regulations.
In the event of any violation of the provisions of this decision, the Ministry or the competent authority shall take the following (i) alarm; (ii) administrative closure of the establishment; and (iii) final closure of the facility.
