Decree No. 11/589 of 1978 prohibiting the export of fish.

The Decree reads as follows: "The Council of Ministers at its 34th session on 2 October 1978 decided on prohibiting fish exports, and the Ministry of Interior has been charged to take the necessary measures against offenders whether they export their catch by land or sea".
