Decree No. 193 of 2004 prohibiting the importation and circulation of some pesticides harmful to health and to the environment.

This Decree is composed of 3 articles. Article 1 prohibits the importation, circulation and use of all the pesticides listed in the attached Annex. Article 2 gives 6 months to all entities to regulate their position according to provisions of this Decree. Article 3 abrogates all resolutions that do not comply with this Decree.
