Law No. 11 of 2006 amending some provisions of Federal Law No. 24 of 1999 on the Environment Protection and Development.

This Law amends articles 12 and 83 of the Federal Law No. 24 of 1999. Art.12 establishes that the Minister competent in coordination with the competent authority can modify the three lists attached to this law. The lists indicate birds, wild and marine animals prohibited to be hunted, killed or captured. Article 83 deals with the sanctions related to the violation of articles 12 and 64 of the present Law.
