Law No. 19 of 2007 amending some provisions of Law No. 2 of 1998 concerning the regulation of water and electricity sector.

This Law amends the Law Concerning the Regulation of Water and Electricity Sector in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi in provisions concerning, among other things, functioning, tasks and external relations of companies established under the principal Law, duties and responsibilities of sewerage companies licensed by the Regulation and Supervision Bureau for the Water and Electricity Sector, the establishment and administration of the Bureau, the definition of “regulated activities and the conditions of wastewater licences.
