Abstract
This Law aims at the protection of the wildlife by regulating hunting. The present Law is composed of 13 articles. Article 1 deals with terms and definitions. Article 2 prohibits the hunting of birds and reptiles unless upon a previous licence issued by the Competent Authority. Article 3 regulates hunting in private protected areas established for commercial purposes. Article 4 lists prohibited activities related to hunting. Article 5 classifies protected species of birds and animals. Article 6 defines requirements and conditions for issuing hunting licences. Article 7 provides for officers entrusted to implement this Law. Article 8 contains offences and penalties. Article 9 fixes licence's fees. Articles 10 and 11 refer to the Competent Authority entitled to issue the Implementing Regulation of this Law.
