Law No.17 of 2018 amending some articles of the Law No.16 of 2005 pertaining to the Reorganization of the Abu Dhabi Environment Agency.

This Law consisting of 2 articles replaces art.4 of the Law of 2005 as follows (i) changes the number of the members of the Board of Directors, from 8 to 5, and they shall be appointed by a decision of the President of the Executive Council; (ii) the term of office of the Board is three years renewable, instead of two years; and (iii) determination of remuneration of Board members is established by a decision of the Executive Council.
