Abstract
The Ministerial Decision provides that: (i) the importation of all kinds of tamed, wild and ornamental living birds, their products and offal from Oxford Shire District in the United Kingdom is banned temporarily and for further notice due to the appearance of infectious cases of birds flue H7N7 of high ferocity therein; (ii) the animal wealth department of the ministry has to coordinate with the relevant authorities to implement this decision; and (iii) all relevant authorities have to implement the provisions of this decision according to their competence.
