Abstract
The Ministerial Decree provides that: (i) importation of all kinds of tamed and wild living birds and falcons, ornamental birds, their products and their offal is temporarily banned until further notice from Saudi Arabia and Kuwait due to the appearance of infected cases of Bird Flu Disease; (ii) the Animal Wealth Department in the Ministry shall coordinate with the relevant authorities in the United Arab Emirates to implement the provisions of this Decree.
