Ministerial Decree No.102 of 2012 banning the export of bottled water produced from groundwater outside the country.

This Resolution consisting of 4 articles aims at promoting water security in the country and protecting groundwater resources from depletion and its development to ensure sustainability for the current and future generations.
The Resolution bans the export of bottled water produced from groundwater to any destination outside the country and grants water plants and companies exporting bottled water produced from groundwater, six months to put things in order in this regard.
