Ministerial Decree No.36 of 2018 concerning banned and restricted pesticides in the United Arab Emirates.

This Resolution consisting of 7 articles aims at providing rules that must be observed by persons, establishments and governmental and private entities concerning pesticide trading. Attached to the Resolution there are 4 lists concerning (1) list of pesticides whose circulation is banned; (2) list of pesticides whose importation is banned; (3) list of restricted use pesticides that may be traded and used according to a specific area of use; and (iv) list of restricted use pesticides allowed to circulate or be used only under the direct supervision for the Government bodies.
