Ministerial Resolution No. 1 of 2021 regulating the fishing and marketing of some types of fish during the breeding season.

This Resolution, comprising 4 articles, aims to prohibit fishing for specific species, namely Gold-line Seabream and King Soldierbream, during February of the years 2021-2023. Fishermen who capture these species must immediately release them back into the sea, taking proper care to ensure their survival. Furthermore, throughout this period, the sale of these fish is banned in all fish markets and stores nationwide, regardless of their origin.
