Abstract
Purpose of this Law, consisting of 4 articles, is to protect the marine resources by banning fishing and trading Longtail silver-biddy fish (al Badah) in the territorial waters of Emirate of Abu Dhabi from 15 April to 1 June 2015. The Resolution introduces also some rules regarding the use of certain kind of nets. Penalties for violations are provided by Federal-Law No. 23 of 1999 and Cabinet Decision No. 12 of 2012.
