Ministerial Resolution No. 23 of 1991 regulating the production and importation of organic fertilizers.

The aim of this Resolution is to regulate the production and importation of organic pesticides. It's composed of 7 articles. Article 1 allows the importation of thermo-processed and treated organic pesticides after obtaining a previous licence. Articles 2 and 3 deal with applications and documents to be provided to the quarantine centres. Article 4 provides for the sampling and release of imported fertilizers. Article 5 defines requirements and conditions for the imported or locally produced organic fertilizers. Article 6 pertains to offences and penalties.
