Ministerial Resolution No. 256 of 2003 establishing the Technical Committee for Veterinary Licences.

This Resolution is composed of 3 articles. Article 1 defines competencies and duties of the Technical Committee for Veterinary Licences which are: (a) examination of the applications for practising the veterinary profession; (b) examination of veterinary surgeons; (c) issuance of licences for practising the veterinary profession; (d) examination of the application for veterinary installations; (e) examination of veterinary installations so they comply with the requested requirements; (f) issuance of necessary licences for veterinary installations; (g) inquiry and investigation of technical offences and violations; and, (h) application of penalties provided for in the implementing Regulations.
