Ministerial Resolution No. 258 of 2003 establishing the Agricultural Pesticides Committee.

This Resolution is composed of 5 articles. Article 1 deals with the formation and management of the Committee. Competencies and duties of the Committee shall include: (a) the study and valuation of the applications for pesticides' registration; (b) the inventory of expired pesticides to find suitable solutions; (c) the use of alternatives to chemical pesticides; (d) the organization of information programmes for the right use of pesticides; and, (e) other competences related to pesticides and their use.
