Abstract
This Resolution consisting of 5 articles aims at appointing the Director of Health and Agricultural Development Department as registrar of the new plant varieties and plant plant breeders' rights in the Emirates. The Registrar shall exercise the powers set forth in Federal Law No.17 of 2009 regarding the protection of new plant varieties.
