Ministerial Resolution No. 768 of 2014 regulating import and circulation of inputs and products of organic foods.

This Resolution, consisting of 5 articles, aims at regulating production, circulation and import in the Emirates of inputs and products that are marked with the brand Organic. Production, circulation and import are possible if the products carry the national logo for organic food. They also have to be produced according to the systems recognized by the Ministry for organic products, in the list attached to this Resolution.
Imported inputs and products must be accompanied by a valid organic food certification issued by an assessment recognized body, subject to the procedures on agricultural and veterinary quarantine.
