Ministerial Resolution No.510 of 2015 regulating fishing and marketing of Lethrinus nebulosus and Siganus canaliculatus fish in the breeding season.

This Resolution consisting of 4 articles aims at regulating fisheries of some species of fishes. In particular it prohibits fishing and marketing Lethrinus nebulosus (a species of emperor fish) and Siganus canaliculatus (rabbitfish) in the breeding season, from the 1st of March to the 30th of April of every year. The Resolution bans also import, re-export of these fishes in all their kinds, either fresh, or frozen, dry, salty, smoked, and canned.
