Regulation No.1 of 2015 amending some provisions of Regulation No.12 of 2013 on Improving Farmers' Income.

This Regulation consisting of 9 articles amends the Regulation of 2013 by: (i) modifying some conditions to participate in the programs; (ii) excluding from the programs those farms whose owners trade in subsidized fodder or irrigation water (groundwater, treated water, desalinated water). Re-entering in the programs will be possible only after one year and rectification of their legal status, (iii) prohibiting cultivation of green areas or the establishment of nurseries within the farms for commercial purposes.
