Abstract
The aim of this Resolution is to regulate the use of fish traps "Al-qaroor" in fishing. This Resolution is composed of 6 articles. Article 1 lays down the requirements and condition for Alqawareer net. Article 2 lists prohibited activities during the use of Alqawareer net. Article 3 specifies steps and procedures for the obtainment of alqarqoor nets. This Resolution shall apply to all vessels operating in the United Arab Emirates (art. 4). Article 5 contains offences and penalties.
