Resolution No. 18 of 2020 regarding the time limits for implementing some articles of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority Resolution No.6 of 2020 issuing a food health system during the stages of the food chain.

Abstract
This Resolution consisting of 4 Articles establishes that (1) the following food establishments are obligated to implement the Guide to Safe Hygienic Practices for Small Enterprises (i) Individual food establishments operating in hotels of three stars and less; (ii) food establishments operating in educational institutions; (iii) Tourist restaurants; (iv) Popular kitchens; (v) Local restaurants; (2) International restaurant chains, Food establishments (catering and supply companies, establishments operating in the main kitchen of hospitals, establishments operating in labor camps, department store chains - hypermarkets), are committed, within a maximum period of 1 year from the date of this decision, to implement the following (i) the provisions of Articles No.97, 98, and 100 of the Resolution No.6 of 2020; (ii) apply the Seven Principles of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP).
