Resolution No. 38 of 2000 stopping the registration of vessels and fishing licences.

The aim of this Resolution is to regulate fishing vessels and fishing licences. This Resolution is composed of 3 articles. Article 1 decrees the stop on the registration of fishing vessels and issuance of fishing licences by the Marine Affairs Department. Article 2 invites all fishing vessel owners to present applications to the Ministry of Agriculture and Fish Resources for the issuance of licences in accordance with Resolution No. 254 of 2000. Article 3 entrusts the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fish Resources to establish committees for the inventory of all fishing vessels.
