Resolution No. 4 of 2005 on fishing of migratory fish with the use of ring net (Al-halaq).

The aim of this Resolution is to regulate fishing of migratory fish, like king fish with the use of ring net (Al-halaq). This Resolution is composed of 8 articles. Article 1 decrees that fishing by Halaq net is allowed only to fishermen holders of Commercial Fishing Licences. Article 3 defines fishing areas. Article 5 defines fishing seasons from 1 October to 30 April. Article 6 specifies requirements for nets and meshes. Article 8 contains offences and penalties.
