This Policy is drafted with the aim of establishing a society with a stable Islamic constitutional democracy to be governed by an effective, accountable, and transparent administration at all levels of Government. The Policy provides for Public Administrative Reform (PAR) program that will encourage performance-oriented institutions to promote progressive social change. The text further elaborates on improving the rights of women, fighting corruption, and protecting the freedoms of association and expression for the media and civil society organizations. The Policy is designed in 12 Parts and has 4 Annexes.
