Afghanistan National Trade Policy 2019-2023.

The Afghanistan National Trade Policy is a market-driven, development-led, sustainable trade policy that aims to catalyse expanded economic growth, increase employment and incomes, and reduce poverty to attain improved living standards for all Afghans. The overall objective of this Policy is to develop the Afghan economy so that investment flows, trade expands, and industries and SMEs develop. The text lays out for promotion of export of Afghan's products, increase competitiveness by promoting domestic products and trade, and market access, and enhance trade institutions. This Policy is designed in 4 Chapters as follow: Background (1); Afghanistan national trade policy rationale and objectives (2); Policy areas (3); and Implementation arrangements (4).
