Instrument on the Establishment and Operation of Offshore Offices.

This Instrument provides for the liabilities of the organisations that are in charge of regulating water affairs and are affiliated to the Ministry of Water and Energy. Setting down strategies and principle for management of water resources, providing facilities for operation of organisations in this field, monitoring and observation of the operations, and data collection is among the responsibilities of these organisations. This Instrument lists the Ministries that are subject to this Regulation including the Ministries of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation, Mines, National Protection of Environment and the Ministry of Exploration and Resuscitation of Rural Areas. The Instrument refers to preservation of water resources, protection of water resources and pollution. The Instrument provides for the organisational structure and management framework of the Offshore Offices. This Instrument consists of 34 Articles divided into 5 Articles.
