Abstract

The text covers the process of registering geographical indications, maintaining records, and ensuring the authenticity of designated products. It also includes provisions for objections to registration, the review of objections, and the correction of registration errors. Additionally, there are guidelines for preserving geographical indications and their removal if necessary. Further sections address legal recourse, penalties for violations, and the rights of stakeholders to appeal decisions. The final chapters cover the implementation of these regulations and the responsibilities of relevant authorities in enforcing the law. The text consists of 21 Articles divided into 3 Chapters.
