Law on Land Development Corporation.

This Law is drafted further to Articles 10 and 142 of the Constitution and is laying down provisions for efficient land use for economic development in the country, implementing a mechanism for allocation of social housing, establishment of the Land Development Corporation as a governmental company with the purpose of elevating the value of the governmental lands, regulating land tenure, and related matters for the land use. This Law provides for the ownership structure, authorisation and development of the Land Development Corporation, its statute, transfer of this Corporation and establishment of the affiliated companies, and cooperation of the governmental organisations with this Corporation. This Law consists of 25 Articles divided into 6 Sections and has one Annex.
