Regulation of Distribution of Saplings to Institutions, Organizations and Individuals

The regulation, which consists of 5 articles, sets provisions to regulate the distribution of saplings to institutions, organizations, and individuals. The Department of Forestry of the Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation, and Livestock is the authority responsible to distribute saplings in the country. The timing of saplings distribution and the number of saplings dedicated to each applicant depends on the environmental factors, climatic conditions, and human resources. Distribution of saplings to the government offices, city councils, mosques, and religious organizations is free of charge.
