Abstract
The Regulation sets provisions to improve monitoring the veterinary services of animal clinics in the country. The Regulation consists of 3 Chapters divided into 20 articles: General Provisions (I); Structure, Duties and Competencies (II); Final and Miscellaneous Provisions (III). The main objectives of this Regulation include: to ensure the provision of high-quality services by veterinary clinics; to increase animal population; to increase high-quality and healthy animal products; to increase breeders’ economics and national economics; to keep veterinary clinics active; to increase public information on outbreaks of animal diseases; to increase exportation of animal products; to control common diseases between human and animals. The Regulation establishes an Animal Veterinary Services Supervisory Committee to monitor and inspect the activities and services provided by animal veterinary clinics.
