Regulation on Reduction and Prevention of Noise Pollution.

This Regulation is drafted pursuant to Article 22 of the Environment Law and aims for recognition of the noise pollution sources, prevention and control of noise pollution, reducing effects of noise pollution and complying with the environmental standards for improvement of the environment. The text has 26 Articles and is designed in 4 Chapters considering the issues of sources generating noise pollution, limiting and preventing noise pollution, and determining a time limit for rectification of the noise pollution. The Regulation further provides for some prohibitions on motorised vehicles, using speaker, and tools transferring the noise pollution. The text further regulates the liabilities and duties of the governmental organisation for control, monitoring and implementation of the rules.
