Tourism Law.

This Law provides rules for the development of tourism in Afghanistan and makes provision for the establishment of the Tourism Organization of Afghanistan.
The Tourism Organization is a state owned profitable enterprise that works under the framework of the Ministry of Transportation. Functions and powers of the Tourism Organization are defined in the Law.
The Law further provides for the licensing and registration of tourism establishments.
