The Antigua and Barbuda Labour Code (Amendment) Act, no. 9 of 2019.

This Act amends the Labour Code Act, chapter 27. The Amendment concerns: Division C, Sections C3 and C7A by introducing new definitions of contract worker and fixed term contract; repeal and substitution of Section C40 and C44 on severance pay and of Section F. Consequently, the Act also provides for the amendment of the Banking Act no. 10 of 2015.
