Assessment of Compensation (Land of Alvan Camacho) Act (No. 8 of 1962).

This Act concerns the assessment, award and payment of compensation in relation with compulsory acquisition by the Government of land specified in the Schedule to this Act. It requires a Board of Assessment to be established in accordance with the Land Acquisition Act for purpose of assessing compensation. The Act also regulates some procedural matters in relation with the acquisition of the land specified in the Schedule.
