Barbuda (National Parks Authority) (Establishment) Regulations, 2014 (S.I. No. 35 of 2014).

These Regulations, made by the Barbuda Council with the consent of the Government, concern matters of administration of the Barbuda National Parks Authority established under section 3 of the National Parks Act, as amended by Act No. 23 of 2007. The Regulations make provision with respect to the constitution and membership of the Authority, procedure and meetings, and functions as defined by the Act and sub-committees of the Authority.
