Abstract
These Regulations prohibit the keeping of animals (including horse, mule, donkey, cow, pig, sheep, goat and dog) on the foreshore and regulate the use of motor boats near to the shore. The Regulations also empower the Minister to appoint Beach Control Officers whose functions shall include the duty of enforcing these Regulations and the provisions of the Beach Control Act.
