Abstract
This Act provides for the management of botanical gardens in Antigua and Barbuda. It grants the power to the Minister to establish a Board and to issue Regulations relative to the operation and control of botanical gardens. The Board shall be responsible for the development, management and maintenance of botanical gardens. The Act also provides that there shall be a Curator and a number of other public officers to assist the Curator, for the purposes of managing, maintaining and supervising botanical gardens.
