Abstract
This Act gives powers to the Cabinet to prohibit the setting of fire of any specified land in Antigua and Barbuda within such times to be specified in a Proclamation and provides for the granting of licenses for the setting on fire of land, the dumping of rubbish, extinction of fires, liability of landowners for damages caused by fire, and prosecution and punishment. Licenses shall be granted by the Commissioner of Police. (15 sections)
