Co-operative Societies Regulations (S.I. No. 14 of 2001).

These Regulations implement provisions of the Cooperative Societies Act and regulate more in detail various matters mainly relating to internal organization and procedures of cooperative societies including: fees to be paid under the Act (regs. 3 and 4); dividends (reg. 6); bonds (reg. 8); financial statements (reg. 9); election of directors and committee members (reg. 12); termination of membership (reg. 17); by-laws (regs. 19 and 20); and borrowing, investments and other financial arrangements (regs.21-37).
