Abstract
This Act requires plants and planting material imported in Antigua and Barbuda to be fumigated in accordance with the provisions of this Act and Regulations made under this Act.
The duty of fumigation in designated ports of entry may be imposed by the Agricultural Authority who shall, with the assistance of the Comptroller of Customs, be responsible for the collection and fumigation of the imported plants and planting material. The Agricultural Authority may require an importer to keep it informed on the disposal of plants after fumigation.
